Praanad Ayurved® Ruja-Hara Tailam
Ruja-Hara Tailam is a potent Ayurvedic external oil formulated using Murchchhita Tila Tailam (processed sesame oil) as the base. It is enriched with a comprehensive combination of traditionally used Ayurvedic herbs, salts and other classical ingredients selected for their Vata-shamaka, Vedana-hara, Shothahara and Stambha-hara properties. The formulation is traditionally used for supporting relief from pain, stiffness, muscular discomfort and restricted movement.

How to Use
Take an adequate quantity of Ruja-Hara Tailam and apply it to the affected area. Massage gently for 5–10 minutes using comfortable strokes. The oil may be left on the area for 20–30 minutes and, where appropriate, followed by mild local fomentation (Swedana). Use 1–2 times daily or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician. For external use only. Avoid application over open wounds, broken or infected skin, and avoid vigorous massage over fresh injuries or areas of acute swelling.
